The platform in one minute
KNEC is the core of the Shudarsana cloud. It owns pricing, subscriptions, orders, entitlements and your account. Every tool plugs into it and asks it one question before doing anything: “may this user use me right now?”
Kavach (single sign-in) → KNEC (one subscription + entitlements) → Tools (GeetaAI, Sahitya1, Sahi¹ eSign)

Getting started
- Sign in through Kavach — the only login screen in the ecosystem.
- Open the Pricing tab and choose a ready-made plan, or switch to “Build your own”.
- Press “Proceed to checkout”, fill in the short contact form and submit your request.
- Our team contacts you, confirms the package and activates it. Your tools appear under “My Tools”.
Pricing and plans
Every tool carries a monthly price. Longer durations reduce the effective monthly cost through discount tiers.

Ready-made plans — curated bundles at a fixed price for a fixed term.
Build your own — tick the tools you want, set a duration per tool (1, 3, 6, 12 months or any number up to 36) and watch the total update live.
Both routes end on the same checkout screen and create the same kind of request.
Checkout, activation and renewals
Checkout does not charge your card. It submits your requirement to the team.
- You complete the mandatory contact form (name, email, organisation, phone, notes).
- You immediately receive a confirmation email with a reference number; the team is notified at the same moment.
- After confirmation the order is approved and access starts instantly.
Renewing a tool you already own extends the remaining time rather than replacing it.
Your account
The Account tab is the single profile for the whole ecosystem. Besides your own details it holds one section per tool you own — GeetaAI, Sahitya1, Sahi¹ eSign and anything added later — so nothing is managed in a separate plugin page.

Literature search, publishing workspace, developer API and business seats.

Roles, teams and employees
Nobody needs WordPress administrator rights to work inside KNEC. The console ships scoped staff roles:

| KNEC Sales | Handles incoming plan requests and orders. Sees pricing read-only, cannot change it. |
| KNEC Support | Answers customers, reads requests and grants or revokes access when a customer is stuck. |
| KNEC Staff (tools only) | Uses the tools you assign (GeetaAI, Sahitya1, Sahi eSign…). No console, no customer data. |
Your organisation owner can invite colleagues and decide, per person, which tools they may open — no extra subscription needed.
Security
- Single sign-in through the Kavach gateway; each plugin honours the same redirect.
- Every tool re-checks your subscription each time you open it, so access always matches what you have paid for.
- Capability-scoped staff roles — least privilege by default.
- Every form and request is verified and validated on our servers before anything is saved.
- No card data touches this site: payment is arranged offline by the team.
- Access can be revoked instantly from KNEC → Access Control.
FAQ
I submitted a request — what happens now?
You receive a confirmation email with a reference number and our team contacts you to confirm the package and share payment options. Your tools are switched on the moment the order is approved.
Where do I see what I own?
On the KNEC Ecosystem page open the “My Tools” tab. It lists every active tool, how long is left on each, and a launch button.
Can I buy one tool for a year and another for a month?
Yes. In “Build your own” each tool carries its own duration and its own discount. The totals combine into a single order.
How are longer durations discounted?
Discount tiers are set by the operator — typically 3 months −5%, 6 months −10% and 12 months −20%. The exact tiers are printed above the builder.
A tool says “not in your plan”. Why?
Either the tool has not been added to your subscription yet, or your entitlement expired. Open the Pricing tab to add it, or contact support with your reference.
Do my colleagues need separate accounts?
Yes — every person signs in with their own Kavach account. The administrator assigns roles and tool access from the KNEC console, so nobody needs WordPress administrator rights.
How do I renew?
Buy the same tool again. Renewals extend the remaining time instead of replacing it, so you never lose unused days.
How is my data protected?
You sign in once through the Kavach gateway and every tool in your plan opens automatically. Each tool re-checks your subscription every time you open it.
Can I get an invoice or GST bill?
Yes. Mention it in the “Extra note” field at checkout or reply to your confirmation email with your billing details.
What if I need a tool that is not listed?
Tell us in the extra note. New tools plug into the same subscription, so adding one later does not change how you buy.
